- Motion du 14 février 2009 -
L'Assemblée du Collectif réunie ce jour, rappelant les résolutions précédemment adoptées dans ses motions des 6 janvier, 31 janvier et 7 février 2009,
1- Réitère la demande de retrait, dans les plus brefs délais, du projet de décret relatif au statut des enseignants-chercheurs, et réaffirme sa solidarité avec les universitaires des disciplines non juridiques qui critiquent la réforme des concours d'enseignement du second degré et la mise en œuvre de la masterisation, en ce qu'elles vont vers un appauvrissement de la formation et menacent la qualité des enseignements ;
2- Considère
- que la procédure de médiation décidée par le ministre n'est adaptée, ni par son rythme, ni par son contenu, à la situation présente ;
- qu'il est urgent et nécessaire qu'une fois le projet de décret retiré, soit pris - après concertation et négociation avec l'ensemble de la communauté universitaire - un ensemble de dispositions relatives au statut des enseignants-chercheurs et au Conseil national des universités, propres à assurer le respect du « principe de représentation propre et authentique des universitaires », corollaire du principe constitutionnel d'indépendance des universitaires ;
- que la réforme du statut ne saurait en aucune manière être conçue comme une mesure de discipline budgétaire ;
3- Invite par conséquent les universitaires à maintenir les modes d'action déjà engagés et les appelle en particulier à participer
- à la grève le jeudi 19 février 2009
- et à la journée de manifestation prévue le même jour ;
4- Délègue quatre représentants pour la prochaine réunion de la Coordination nationale qui se tiendra à l'Université Paris ouest Nanterre le vendredi 20 février (Olivier Beaud, Anne-Sophie Bruno, Cécile Chainais, Dominique Hiebel).
